Welcome to the Internet home of Wenden School District. We are a small, rural district located in Wenden, Arizona, approximately 45 miles west of Wickenburg, Arizona. Our town is considered the “Gateway to Alamo Lake,” providing sustenance and services to travelers along Highway 60. Our small population allows us to provide the one-on-one attention students need as well as have a great rapport with our parents and community. Welcome to Wenden School District. Our district is committed to providing a high quality education for all our students in a supportive, structured environment. One of the many benefits of teaching and working in a small school district is that we are able to truly get to know each student and work hand in hand with families for student success. Our teachers are highly qualified professionals dedicated to the students in their care. We know that test scores and curriculum are important but so is a loving environment in which to learn.
 
It is my 9th year here as principal and superintendent of Wenden School District. I am continuously awed at the commitment of our community to support each other and am honored to work with such fine professionals.
